THE STUDIO WILL BE CLOSED IN THE MORNING, FOR A VIDEO SHOOT.

 

 

Sara Meeks, P.T., M.S., G.C.S., K.Y.T., will be working with us this Tuesday morning to create a few brief educational videos on Safe Yoga for Osteoporosis. The studio will be closed until 11:30 am. We are most grateful to Sara for coming to our studio to share her wisdom and decades of experience by creating these videos, and we look forward to sharing them with you soon!
